Rules & regulations for use of the park.

The following rules have been established to help ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. Those who choose to not observe these rules can be asked to leave our park without receiving any form of refund.

Behaviour

  • Check-in and Check-out Times: (In 1:00 pm – Out 11:00 am) Guests are required to adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times, unless alternative arrangements are made with the office in advance.
  • Quiet time: Sunday – Thursday 10:00pm – 8:00am; Friday – Saturday 11:30pm – 8:00am. Loud music or noise is unacceptable at any time. Please respect your neighbors.
  • Visitors: All visitors must register at the office upon arrival and pay applicable fees. Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors and ensuring they adhere to park rules.
  • Guidelines for Children: Children: Parents are responsible for the conduct of all children. Adult supervision of all children is required after dark and under age of 10 at all times around the campground. One adult must watch a manageable number of children. Persons under the age of 19 are not allowed to stay alone on a site overnight unattended.
  • Pets: Are welcome and must be registered and vaccinated. pets are to be well supervised. Dogs are always to be leashed. Never leave pets unattended outside at sites. No pets allowed in public buildings Clean up and properly dispose of pet waste. If any pet demonstrates aggressive behavior towards a person or another pet, you will be asked to leave the campground.
  • Garbage and Recycling Procedures: Guests are responsible for properly disposing of garbage and recycling in designated bins. Large items may require assistance from the office. Please deposit trash at the designated post near the washrooms. Recycling should be placed in the blue bins provided in front of the washrooms.

Regulations

  • Firepit Regulations: Firepits are built for safety and must not be moved without permission. Never leave fires unattended. No large flames. firewood only. Guests must adhere to specified dimensions and regulations outlined by the Forestry Department. (Please check with office to see if there is a fire ban in place before having a fire.)
  • Use of Golf Carts / Non-motor Vehicles: Golf carts are permitted for seasonal guests only and must adhere to specific rules and regulations outlined in an addendum. Bicycles and other non-motorized vehicles are permitted.
  • RV and Vehicle Regulations: There is currently no age limit for RVs, but they must be in good condition and may be subject to inspection by management.
  • Speed Limit Enforcement: The speed limit throughout the park is 7 1/2 mph and will be strictly enforced for the safety of all guests. Please be aware of pedestrians and children at play. Stop at all intersections.
  • Units Allowed: With space permitting, are limited to: 1 – RV, 1 – tent, 2 vehicles, & 2 golf carts.
  • Use of Greenspace: The greenspace is open until dusk, and adult supervision is required for children under 10 years old.
  • Satellite Dishes Installation Guidelines: Guests must have their site number clearly marked on satellite dishes, and installation locations must be approved by management.
  • Outside sites: Toilets and showers are not allowed outside RV’s. Only furnishings meant for outside use are allowed on site. Please keep sites neat and clean.

Prohibitions

  • Vehicles: No repairing of vehicles on campsites. No unregistered cars or trucks on sites.
  • Tree and Water Conservation: Guests are prohibited from cutting or nailing trees or defacing property. No clotheslines on trees. Please conserve water, washing RVs or vehicles requires permission from management.
  • Smoking and E-Cigarette Policy: Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited in all public buildings.
  • Prohibited Items and Behaviors: The use or possession of drugs, profanity, or disorderly behavior is strictly prohibited.
    Fireworks and firearms; are prohibited at all times.
  • Zero Tolerance Policy for Discrimination and Harassment: The campground has a zero-tolerance policy for racial discrimination and sexual harassment. Any concerns should be reported to management for immediate investigation and action.
